Please note that we offer a 30-day warranty following receipt of your order. However, if the instructions for the maintenance of clothing or accessories have not been followed, the warranty does not apply. 

We accept returns of Ken & Jame products on the condition that they have not been worn or washed. For all that concerns the costs related to the return of products, it is important to note that the costs of returns and referrals will be at the expense of the customer.

All accessories such as teething toys, rattles, set of combs are neither exchangeable nor refundable for health reasons.

SALE products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Ken & Jame is not responsible for any product delay, loss or theft when we deliver the products to the postal service. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your products once in your possession. For everything relating to shipping , please refer to our Shipping page.

Please note that you should always calculate the standard shipping delays before receiving the product sent for exchange. No refunds are possible, which is why we offer you an applicable store credit for the value of your exchange in question. Store credit has no expiration date.

Important: Please include a photo of the clothing or accessory along with your order number in your email.

Return by mail:

Check if you are eligible to request a return. If you do not meet the conditions, please do not apply.

Please email us at this address bebe.serviceclient@kenandjame.com with the following information (name, email address, order number and a photo of the problem if possible) and send the request.

Do not wait for a return from us before sending the package. This is simply a system that informs us in advance of your return process. Therefore, it is important to pack your package well, we are not responsible for empty envelopes or products damaged during delivery. No store credit will be given to you if the clothing or accessory is not returned properly and in good condition.

Go to the post office. You are responsible for the return costs.

Important to include in your package an explanatory note mentioning your name and your order number.

As for us, as soon as we receive your package, you will receive a confirmation email including your store credit for the value of your return. This way, you can get the desired item in the desired colour/ size.
